Where Can I find??

Hello all! I am a proud new owner of a 2005 Mini Cooper S and I need a bra for it! I do not want my baby getting hurt by the bugs (especially since I live in South Alabama). Does anyone know a website where I can purchase a Mini Brand Bra? I want it made by BMW/Mini...I found one from Colgan and Le Bra...I am just not satisfied with that!! Please let me know any good websites....Thank you so much!

Before you decide on a bra, you may want to read this thread...

Colgan bra is the best fit. I don't believe there is an OEM vinyl bra. Or go with the clear bra. Frankly, bugs are easy to clean off the vinyl bra, but you can't leave the vinyl bra on for any length of time, and WATCH OUT for any dirt/grit under the bra - deadly for your paint!!

I would highly recommend NOT putting a vinyl bra on your MINI ever!

I had one and lent it to a friend for a x-country trip. After only 2 days, the vibrations of the Colgan bra caused serious paint abrasion.

Either go with the "permanent" clear bra or learn to use touch-up paint . . .

I have never had the problem you describe. If the Colgan bra is clean on the inside, no issue. Vibration does occur between headlight and scoop (MCS) at highway speeds IF there is also a wind. Have never had a vibration problem in calm conditions. That said, I ALWAYS remove the Colgan bra after a road trip and don't use it often. In Calgary, they pour gravel on the roads in the winter and this bra has been great.

Of course, if the installation price for the clear bra hadn't been such a rip-off at the time of MINI purchase, I would probably have got one....it would be superior to the vinyl bra...no arguments there.
