I have an 03 EB/W with white 16" V-spokes and love the combo!
Is it cute, a girly color, or any such thing?
WHO CARES??? I don't! I just fell in love with the color, and in fact the color was one of the reasons I got the MCS over the MC (other being the 6-speed tranny).
My girlfriend likes the car too, but she would have picked a different color (but it's my car, hehe!).
I just painted the speedo and vent trim rings in EB, and will post pics soon.
So far I have refrained from painting my toenails EB, hehe
(although that does look very cute, NoMo)
Cheers,
Markus

given the age of your initial post, you may already have your Mini by now, so all of this may be moot... but for what it's worth, EB was not my first choice, or second or even on my list... but when my son who then worked at a Mercedes dealership called me and said he'd gotten a MCS in trade for an E class, I rushed out and looked it over. After the test drive, I knew I had to have the car. Well the EB/W has grown on me to the point that I'd pick it over all other colors. BTW, other than pink, I've never associated any color with women...

EB/W is a girly color, i almost bought it. Until some of my girl friends told me they like the "smirff" color. It was a good example though, but....

EB/W is a pretty "bright" and "eye catching" color. It totally depends on the individual personality.

In a word, all colors are good as long as you like it.
