Just got a set of 16 inch Panasports, not sure if I should go with 205/50 or 55/16's, was looking at the Falken 512's from edgeracing.com, any recomendations??

I say go with the Falkens. I don't own them personally... but I know people who have them and love them... they're the best bang for the buck. Plus, consumer reports rates them as a best buy. When you get them, let me know if you like them. I haven't received my MCS yet, but once I do, I'm thinking about buying those as well.

I believe 205/50 is closer to the stock tire diameter and will feel more responsive than the larger diameter 205/55.
I wish I had Panasports for my autocross tires (Falken Azzinis)!
Funny, I just had mine mounted Wednesday after I got them from Edge Racing. I had the T1S last year. So far I am VERY happy with the T1R. Great size (205/50R16) great affordable performance street tire.
Sumwon, can you give some more opinions on the T1Rs.
Today is the first warm dry day that I have been able to get them out, and so far I am very happy with them (about 100 miles of playn). They are still not fully scrubbed so they have more to give. The T1R has a stouter shoulder as compared to the T1S, so they are stronger in the corners in my opinion.
Night and day when compared to my stock Dunlop runflats. Everything but tread life is better, and for just over $100 / tire I can't complain, especially since they are lighter (less rotational mass).
The T1S did not get noisey with wear either, which I hear happens with other tires. We will see how the T1R does in that area.
I will be putting quite a few more miles (highway and playn) on this weekend, I can let you know more afterwards if you would like.
