MINI illustrations

Hi,

I've seen a lot of nice drawings of MINIs in various sigs. Where are you getting them from? Are all of you with those illustrations just really good artists? Or is there some overseas factory where I can order one for $1.99 ($21.99 for a JCW drawing)?

Paul

I've wanted to know the same and the answer I turned up is that there is one awsome artist that has asked their name not be given out anymore because everybody on NAM wants one; guess its a privilage reserved for those who know his mysterious person.

Another option...

While not as cool as those hand done drawings by the talented fellow who remains nameless...

A fellow that used to work with me took a photo I gave him and just reduced colors I guess to make the one in my sig. He didn't draw that, it's altered / created from a photo of my car. Hence the right wheels and even seat covers. I have Photoshop but not that level of knowledge.

But it's another way to get something done. Perhaps someone with the know how might see this and enlighten us.

I read in another thread that the person who shall remain nameless uses Corel Draw for his illustrations. Draw is not cheap but it is much more affordable that Photoshop
