Q: Is anyone else getting a TON of surveys about their new MINI?

People must be *really* interested in who is buying these cars & their opinions of them, b/c I've gotten 5 surveys about my car in the last week!

The first was the J.D. Power Initial Quality survey, which I was only too happy to fill-out (hey, and it came with a $1 for my trouble) Took awhile (bad memories of the S.A.T. <G&gt, but it was a proud moment when I could brag on my MINI.

Then I got a couple more random surveys, shorter and not too annoying, so I was glad to do them, as I was in "survey mode" by this point.

Then came the (extraordinarily short) BMW survey, which was a piece of cake.

Last night, I got another random survey with 9 pages of questions...I'm just about surveyed-out...

 

Interesting! The only survey I've gotten was the one about the dealership from MINIUSA (the one that I filled out and then received an angry phone call from my dealer about ).

 

I got the BMW survey, which said I had been selected. Maybe not everyone will get this. I got a dealer survey and I got a phone call survey. :smile:

 

When I first got mine in May, I received a bunch of Surveys including phone calls. I have not gotten any for a while now.

 

I've only had the JD Power survey. Bought car in September.

I got a call from MINI quite a while back asking how I liked my MINI, and what would I suggest to improve it, and a survey from MINI after I took my car in for my headlights, but that's it...

I never even got any mints.

 

I got the MINIUSA Survey in the mail last week, and about ten minutes ago I got a phone call from MINIUSA asking how I liked my car. Boy did she get an earful.

Did they pick me because I had my Instrument Cluster and wiring harness replaced all within 3 months. Hmmm... Go figure.

No more survey's unless they plan to give me another MINI as compensation.

Got the JD Power survey, one from MINI USA, and two phone surveys, one about the dealer, one about the car. But none in quite a while.

Got mints too. But then Sadie is over 8 months old, and I got the feeling there was a rush of surveys back in mid-2002.

 

I'm bummed....I've only gotten one survey, and it wasn't even the one to rate my dealership. Instead, I got a call from MINIUSA asking for feedback to "give to the engineers". I asked my motoring advisor if everyone gets a call to rate the dealer and he said that calls are random.

Random my @$$. As I drove up to my house yesterday I got another phone call survey to Rate my dealers Service department for the work I had done last Wednesday.

That's two surveys within 4 hours of each other. Go figure.
