Well i had a fun night last night. I went to go shoot some pool in Queens and after driving around for 20 minutes to find a spot I find one that I could fit my Mini in. I shoot some pool and when I walk back to my car i find a Boot on it (Big steel thing locked to the wheel). I call up the comapny and they relesae the boot to the tune of 125.00 bucks...argghh ..lol :smile:. Then when you think it can't get any worse I am driving home and I hit a Mini Swallowing Pot hole on Queens Blvd. I was like Dammmm that hurt but the car is ok and i motor along. A couple of minutes later the tire pressure monitor is flashing away.... ARGGHHHHHH. So i drive the car back home (30 miles or so). All I have to say is thank good for run flats and I am glad that I put the 16" X lites that day. The only good part of the night was the friend i went out with and the fact that I won 4 out of the 5 games I played.

I don't know the cost of a run flat but how is the rim? Also, why did your car get the boot?

 

well my car got the Boot cause i was parked illegally...

 

doug, sorry ot hear. Yeah if you had a flat then obviously the tire would be totally flat after 10 hours, so your prob ok. Sometimes the flat tire monitor comes on when the wheels slip or hit something (like a pothole). reset the monitor if it comes back on again, youve got a flat.
