I don't think this has been discussed and wasn't sure where to post it, but I figured here was as good as any.
When I was installing my AMP I found the little latch that can be used for an after market pull cable. I attached a temporary wire to check it and it works! This is not a big concern for me but to all you MCS's out there, here you go
Here's the pictures

Good find Miniac. With that setup I'm sure it would be easy to set up some sort of boot latch that is accesible from the front seat. Similair to some current cars which have a small handle beside the driver seat. One shouldn't need anything more than a small cable similiar to the bonnet latch and also a small type handle. Obviously it should be done as to n ot look like an ugly add-on.

Thanks! You hit it on the nail! That's kind of what I planned. Since my interior is laying on my garage floor. It would be no problem to put a pull handle under the dash and on the driver or passenger side. I wouldn't want it to be found by anybody but myself in an emergency.
Looking at the empty back seat you wouldn't need much more than 4 or 5 feet of cable to run it to the stock location. I would guess 6 or 7 to the passenger side. A cool location would be in the glove box if you could swing it.
