However small your garage seems now, it will seem a lot bigger with a MINI in it than most other cars.

I'm REALLY glad the MINI is so small because I can just barely squeeze our two MINI's into the garage

It is very funny reading the responses from folks. My garage is so small (sounds like the start to a joke, eh?) that I was one of those folks who know the exact footprint dimensions of my new Mini prior to ordering and receipt. With the Mini in the garage, I have about 6" all the way around. Snug as a bug in a rug, as my Aunt would say.

"My garage is so small...the rats are hunchback."

I get my barn back this Summer...I'm going to miss the 3 '60s Plymouths and assorted parts that are in there, but I'd really like to use the space for other projects. Our 'drivers' live in an oversized 3 bay (1 bay dedicated to tools/lighting and the ramps I built to drive the car on for service).

When we bought the house I hadn't seen the inside until the day of the closing. I had seen the garage and 6 other 'outbuildings' though, and that was enough to sell me on the property (never had a garage before!)

I got divorced about 6 years ago and moved into a 1 bed romm condo as an "interim" step from a 4000 sq ft house with a really nice garage....... I like the condo..... no yard work etc but really miss the garage..... alas the Mini and the Xterra live outside..... and they look it.....
