R50/53 BMW/MINI Aftersales Assistance Portal (ASAP)?
BMW/MINI Aftersales Assistance Portal (ASAP)?
Is anybody familiar with this?
I just received a part from Classic MINI with a sticker on the box that refers to ASAP. Apparently, ASAP is a source for installation instructions (and other things, I assume). The sticker states that installation instructions should be printed out and given to the customer. None were included with my part.
I'm calling Classic tomorrow, but wanted to see if anybody has dealt with or even heard of this service.
