Just wondering what others have paid for their MCS? Yea, some may feel it is personal, but what the heck, don't matter to me! I purchased a 2003 MCS with everything but the GPS & leather interior for $21,315.00.

Hmmm, its been awhile and I don't do #s (yes, age)...but if you go to MINIUSA and enter my sig info, that's' what I paid. A Cooper (no S for me!) for just over 18K! I was in the market for a commuter car...so I'm thrilled!!! Also got 2 in college (and 2 on the way there) so I couldn't get too carried away! A sweet ride that's highly affordable...I love it!!!

20 Ben Franklins and some ink on a Chase loan app. They "clean up " your new car and you're on your way.... (after all, it's just pictures of dead presidents.... quite a deal for a great car like MINI).... LOL

For a pretty much loaded MCS with all the accessories I got, including tax, title and liscence, as well as destination, I will be paying $27,255.79 in about 2 1/2 hours from now.

I paid 24,500 for MCS with premium and sport packages plus roof rack and driving lights. The dealer tacked on fabric finish and some other add-ons. Overall, it seems like a lot of car for the money

A used (2400 miles) 02 MC set me back $16.9k plus taxes. I don't have any packages and seem to manage just fine.

I've been playing around on the MINIUSA site and building my own MINI. The one that has everything I want is $23,000 so after adding in tax, etc... it will be something over that for me in the end.

By the time I finished with repainting the black and installing part of the aero body kit, replacing grille (for chrome), european shelf, toggle switch panels, as well as most options including Lapis (but no navigation - I want my giant speedo) and putting Lojack and 5% Mass tax, I hit 28.5K too.
Oh - forgot the $250 cooperflags Union Jack, and $150(?) to fit that!

And I have a deposit at MINI Peabody for the John Cooper Works engine upgrade, if that ever becomes real ...

Expensive toys!

For a spec’ed MCS I paid MSRP with no dealer add-ons and a confirmed production number a week and a day after making the deal over the phone. I am looking forward to taking delivery in late April or early May. My local dealer wanted $5,000.00+ over MSRP for a MCS. Shop around and save; there are dealers out there that will deal.

I ordered my MCS back in Dec and just picked it up last week. It's fairly simple and I paid MSRP. Hte only extra from the dealer was mats. I can't complain about the price.

Paid $16,998 for Maxine new. Aug 02 BRG MC, chrome line bumpers, black roof and mirrors, checkered top and white bonnet stripes and fog lights. I thought I just couldn't live without the 1 and 2 packages when I was shopping. Now I don't miss them one bit (well maybe the sunroof ). A base Cooper is still quite an impressive beast and it meant I could afford to keep my Astro for those Home Depot runs  .

I paid msrp for my 2003 mcs just 6 weeks ago. Then I bought mats, next a Rogue intake, hot pocket and glove box organizer.Things were rattling in the back so I picked up the boot organizer.Yesterday I installed a Quicksilver exhaust,so I can no longer hear any noise in the car. When I figure out the best sway bar,I'll order that next.I'm determined to make my $22,000 car into $30,000.

I paid MSRP ($23,005) + tax and didn't have to wait for delivery. 03 MCS DS/W, Sport, 17" S-lites, Rally lights, floor mats, boot organizer. I also own an 03 TrailBlazer (for when I'm feeling practical). Both car notes are less than my previously owned 01 Vette. One heck of a bargain.

Paying MSRP in Long Island, NY, for MCS with Cold Weather Package. Free carpeted mats included.

I spoke to a couple of dealerships in Long Island before ordering, and they were saying that there may be some room to work with on a MC, but the MCS is MSRP only at the moment.
