Had that on a former vehicle - it was nice, and I'd consider it again, but would probably pass on it just because I've already had it once.

As for other/different options, I'm very happy with the bare-bones configuration I've selected this time around for Mel after having loaded Molly to the gills with almost everything including NAV.

The ONLY thing that I still waffle on is the xenons.

Have owned 2 CR/W MCS, so my next one will be CR or whatever red they happen to have in the next generation MINI.

We have a PW/B '02 MC. Lovely color but I don't think we will repeat that one. Most likely Solar Red or similar when the Clubman wagon comes along.

 

ok, ok ... The cabrio is cool so far (BRG or otherwise) I really like the HO/B combo. But if I had to go hardtop (w/sunroof), I would have to go PH/PH. Really cool color (plus the SO would have a say next time )

 

If I buy another MINI, it will not have:

sunroof
auto climate controls
leather

 

--no sunroof
--non metalic paint, and probably just solid PW (how many solid color MINIs have you seen?)
--chrono pack (not that I like it, I just want the speedometer in front of me)
--no factory armrest

--most likely a stripper MCS with sport package, LSD, and cold weather package, nothing else

I'd want a custom paint that looks like Silk Green. That's the only color that might have tempted me away from my darling Electric Blue, if only it was available. I just like the bright, happy colors; it's part of the fun.

 

I think the Cooper looks perfect in chili red / white. That's what my '03 was, and I never considered anything else for my '05, not even for a minute! I doubt I'll buy another one, but if I did, it would be CR/W.

 

My next MINI will be a color not even available...or known...yet. It'll be an '08, '09 or something like that. Kinda exciting not knowing what's coming. I hope it's still exciting once we do know.

In any case, if Coopers had been available in EB I might have gone that route, but if I had to buy right now I'd go with a Solar Red/Silver Cooper.

 

When the MINI bug hit me, I got my wife to take my Mazda Tribute. It will be out of lease in about 18 months. At that point, I want her to get an '08 Woodie MINI Traveler. Do I know that there will be one? No! Am I hopeful? Yes!!

 

We are on the same page! I LOVE the silk green. I would do SK/SK and add black vinyl details *sigh*

 

Chartreuse or lime green for me. Really! Did I say I love green?
