This week on the MINITOR Channel...

I am happy to announce that my old MC has sprouted a supercharger and become an new MCS. It has become a man. Actually it has become a half-man/half-bull/half-MINI, with smoke shooting out his nostrils and flames coming out of his tail end. Yes, that is 3 halves, but it is a lot of car. It was purchased from Long Island where it was a show car (SEMA 03' and locally I believe), and took a long train-ride west to its new home where it has now received a facelift and some additional bling.

Here are the details:

PROMINI 17% pulley, intake, strut tower bar, and short shifter, Supersprint race exhaust, H&R lowering springs, JCW shocks, Orciari body kit, white tail lights, 19" Falken tires and rims powdercoated black, gas cap powdercoated black, painted fender arches, CF bonnet scoop, chrome mirrors, washer caps, cowl rings, and boot handle, 35% tint, custom upholstered SPARCO Evo race seat and suede shift and ebrake boots, Momo shift ****, Hamann pedals, custom JL Audio stereo setup (2 W3 10's, 500/1 amp, components in doors), blue LED interior lights, chrome dash, floor mats and trim. Oh yea, bullhorns on the dash.

Here are some initial pics:

The vanity plate is on its way, I am sure by my signature below and the horns in the dash that you will know what it says.

I am currently installing a 3-trumpet air horn system, and in the near future am planning on doing the MTH ECU upgrade, hooking the nav screen up to DVD, and finishing off with the full chrome interior. Hopefully christmas will be good.

The boss is here, I better stop rambling and get back to work!

This car is a beauty. I love the chrome dash and the subs.

What type of speakers do you have? And do you plan on installing a new stereo?

Thanks. 2 10" JL Audio W3's, JL XR series 6.5" components in the doors. I am planning on installing a CD/DVD player and hooking it up to the Nav screen soon.

Got a few toys for xmas, installed pics below:

Plate:

Wolo "Big Rig Long Horn" air horn (peaking throught the bottom grill):

No pic of skid plate.

I am currently attempting to make a tow hook license plate mount thanks to Home Depot, but if unsuccessful Battle Cattle is going to help out.
Next month it is time to upgrade the head unit to DVD and hook it up to the Nav screen with Ipod integration. Will the mods ever end?

Thanks. Have what done? "It?" Not sure if you are asking in general or about the horn. The car originated in your neck of the woods, Long Island. It now gets its love from Group 2 Motorsports here in Magnolia.

She's sweet! New projector style headlights would compliment the high tech air dam lamps. Very nice toy. Looks like a Brinks bat car.

The horns sort of worry me. They spend millions making the driver compartment safe and you mount a dual spindle to impale foreheads into when ya lock 'em up. Screech.....Spoink!

Perhaps they could deploy balloons out of the horn tips under impact?

...but kind of sexy yeah?

Its the farmboy in me. Probably safer than when my dad used to let me drive the 1945 John Deer tractor through the bonfire!

I give it a 99.9 just because it is pure silver. Really looks great. I guess the horn on the dash thing is just you; but, does it rattle? Chrome headunit pillars would look so cool with the chrome dash.

Bit too much for me. The horns on the dash remind me of some pimp daddy and it's way over the top. Sort of like wearing a huge chain with a massive medallion hanging from ones neck. It speaks of ghetto cool. JMO.

Like the huge chain with the dollar sign medallion that I wore tonight? Good, then it is a good match. I love it too.

The MINITOR is going in for surgery next week, but he isnt scared. He's having an addaheadertomy and an addarearswaybartomy, performed at the Group 2 Motorsports auto medical center, as usual. OBX and Alta. I cant wait. Maybe it will even stop raining so I can test them out without fearing hydroplaning to my death. Probably not though.

I better hurry up and find a DVD player to install in the glove box to pass the rainy days...
