Installing reverse light and hi-beam bulbs on 04 MSC- any suggestions?

I’ll be installing a new reverse bulb and hi beam bulbs on my 04 MCS with factory Xenons tomorrow, looking for any tips or tricks to get this done right the first time. Anyone have any suggestions or pics?

Anyone? I checked out the high beams this morning and that looks pretty easy- anyone have info on the rear reverse light? Not sure how to get access to it?

You access the rear light from underneath and behind the bumper. MINI has a special tool to remove it but you can do it with fingertips if you work at it (it's basically squeeze-clipped in there)
