i am currently waiting the arrival of my indi blue/white roof MINI w/ a sport package.... but i found the 17in BBS wheels for a MUCH MUCH cheaper price than what the dealer is asking....so i have the 16in (white) wheels that are coming with my MINI with the run-flat tires, but now i need to get rid of them because i dont have a use for an extra set of wheels...

is anyone here interested in purchasing them (i dont even know how much theyre worth or for how much i should sell them)?
or can anyone suggest a place where i can sell them?

With tires, sell them for around $1300... New tires alone cost $700++! Then if you count 150-200 per rim, you're good.

I might have seen the wheels you are speaking of, but they might have been one pc., as opposed to three pc. version offered as an option on the "S" which are top of the line. Let me know if they are in fact the 3 pc. and how much they are and where you are getting them.. Thanx

im sorry, i dont know/understand what you mean of "pc" and "3 pc", etc....

but i found them a couple blocks from my home in Miami, Florida at a wheel outlet store...
17in BBS model RX w/ tires (either Kumho, Toyo, or Falcon...my choice) for $1300

they also offered an alternative...17in ADR (Advanti Racing) wheels also w/ either of those tires for 900

now after looking at both, i like the way the ADRs look more for some strange reason but obviously, the BBS are of better quality, i beleive the ADRs are the model "M-classic"

this wheel outlet store also won't buy my MINI wheels mine is coming w/, thats why i want and have to sell them to someone or some other place

just let me know if you want more info

Thanks for the reply. The RX model wheels are virtually identical to the optional BBS wheels except that they are one piece. A three piece wheel has three seperate parts; inner wheel half, outer wheel half, and the inner spokes. Three piece wheels are lighter and stronger than one-piecers. The optional BBSers are almost the same wheels used on the cars that race at Le-Mans, Daytona, and other sports car races. On tirerack.com they do not have BBS RX available for the Mini which makes me suggest to you that you find the specific measurements of optional BBSers, backspacing, offset, and so on and compare them to measurements of the RXers to make sure that they fit. I wil consider getting the RXs for my "S", when it comes and if they fit. Thanks again for the reply.
