Are the bonnet stripes vinyl stickers that are placed above the paint, or are they under some sor of clear coat... I am having them put on at the factory as part of my sport package...

I recently saw a pic on a thread that has helped me decide what i want my ride to look like... ALSO if anyone knows where to get the blacked out grill that this car has on it, LET ME KNOW!!!
