I'm glad to see the MINI took the beating fairly well. That tree looks like it should have crushed the little guy.

Gee, hope they had full coverage insurance... Maybe it was one of the 20 percent with the shifter cable problem! Some good could come out of it. Maybe they'll be allowed to upgrade to an S!

The Mini is not nearly as badly damaged as you'd think it would be.

That tree has to weigh more then a ton.

Collapsed suspension, and crushed roof... Beleive it or not, My wife's friend had a large tree fall on her Allero, and it looked almost the same dammage wise... It ended up being an $8,000 fix!

the tree actually came from the top left hand side of the page and your right about the mini being moved, i've seen another picture of this accident before where you can see the whole in the ground for the mini. The tree moved the mini about 100 feet
