HI, im new to the forums, thinking about getting involved with MINI Coopers, and I have a few questions.

My main question is, what would it take to get buisness as a new company, if there was a place that started fresh, what kind of things would be needed to get people going to that site over an established firm?

would it just be based soley on price? or what other factors would be involved?

any suggestions/comments would be appreciated, and if this is an inapropriate question, mods can delete.

Well, you may need to incorporate. I'm not sure about California, but check to see how much it is. Some companies offer packages to help you out with this. It's worth looking into. Basically, you're going to want to avoid personal liability for any business.

Great prices, fast delivery, satisfaction guarantees, easy ordering, and great, exclusive product line...

And the question to you would be: why would you be asking the obvious?
