I just got an email from my Motoring Advisor... My MINI is at MINI of Sterling, ready for me to pick up tomorrow!

I can't believe it! The Owner's Lounge put my car arriving at the dealership this Thursday!

I might faint.

Just wanted to share the joy!

Getting your MINI should be treated like a National Holiday.
Look him straight in the eye and tell him "I'll be back when the smile disapears from my face (or Thursday morning - whichever comes first)".
If he takes offense to that - promise him the first ride if he lets you take a day off.

Wow, great news for Nugget's travelmate!

Good news, bad news for me. Nugget is ready today, but because of some critical meetings I was unable to drive down and pick him up till Wednesday. That's the bad news. The good news is my boss knows how excited I am and told me "Go pick up your Mini. See you on Friday!" Two whole days off to get acquainted!

Thanks again, for all the well-wishing! Yeah, my boss is pretty cool letting me take a half day when we're close to opening a new restaurant in the hotel. I have to report back in later tonight to check the progress, but I'll be so euphoric from FINALLY driving MY MINI, it'll be all good.

I leave for the dealership in about an hour...

The sun is shining, and weather.com puts the temperature right now at 67 Degrees. What a day to pick up a MINI!

 

Let the obsession begin!
