R50/53 I can't drive my MCS
Well, too make a very long story short...
I badly sprained my left ankle and I can't drive my MCS.
I can't depress the clutch....and let it be known that I have tried...
I can't explain how bummed I am!
I am now going to have to drive the MINI van...sheesh:(
Horror!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My wife ...may I add now has a permanent grin on from ear to ear...and will be driving my MCS for a week or so.
This is going to be very strange.
Wish me luck
Peace,
D

Good luck D... Have you gotten the headaches and shaking hands of withdrawl yet? Maybe you could watch a few videos with good car chases to get your fix until the ankle heals (French Connection, Ronin, and of course The Italian Job...if you can find it).
And above all...ice it! You want that ankle to be all better soon...

Disconnect the spark plug wires from your Mini, cover the ditributor terminals with masking tape temporarily, then pop them back on and hope your wife doesn't notice. That way even she can't use it! It won't start! Mwahaha!
