ZKE empty in ISTA

Hi, I don't have a key with remote and was trying to look in ZKE module with ISTA, but there is nothing there.
What would be the cause of this please? and what can I do? I'm new to BMW made cars...
This is a for 2002 pre-facelift Mini Cooper S R53.

Mine shows up but I'm having trouble trying to learn the key remote to the car now. I bought a fancy scanner with immo and key programming but it won't work so I'm trying to do it with ista and nothing happens when I go through the process. If I were you I'd start with looking in the headliner for the zke module it's right above the mirror I'm not sure if some of these cars simply didn't come with remote locking unlocking.

I do have the remote receiver under the headliner where the mirror is, so it definitely had remote keys.

The scanner and key programming tools you have bought I think they may be for the immobilizer.
For the remote it seams that you need the codes from the new key tag (which I have) and to extract the code combination from them (there are some threads on this), and then write them to the BCM / ZKE (this is unclear to me).
From what I could find on the internet, this can be done with DIS or with ISTA in ZKE like I posted. Still haven't found an explanation why it does not show in my ISTA, but will try DIS after I manage to install it, took a break from it for the moment, too frustrating...

How do your remotes show up in ISTA? can you please post a printscreen (hinding sensitive information, of course), I'm curious how it would look like.
