Curious if anyone has added Harmon Kardon tweeters to the their Mini Coopers? I would like to add these to my doors on my MCS and upgrading to Rockford Fosgate 5.25 (front) & 6x9 (rear) .

 

Here are the old install kits, you can use the DSPM install as a guide for the tweeters and 6x9s or the Harman Kardon hi-fi system retrofit, post #22.

Thanks for your input on the speaker install but, still interested in adding tweeters to my non-HK doors…So where did you buy the tweeters from and what brand are they?

 

You could transplant the tweeters from a h/k car

Base has a dome tweeter thats not really clear, H/K has two, a high freq tweeter with a small mid. Dual system. Based off the clips it looks to snap in.
