R50/53 Tmap sensor voltage 0 (code p0107) !!!
Tmap sensor voltage 0 (code p0107) !!!
Hi guys,
I have a problem with my R53. Since I bought it we had to change the engine because it was broken. From the very beginning the car is showing p0107 code and the DSC light is always on. I have tested both sensors to see which one is faulty and seen that on the TMAP sensor the signal voltage is always 0V. I decided to buy a new sensor and instantly when I put it in the voltage was still 0V. Otherwise the car is running a little rich and starts to misfire at a constant speed on the highway. You can sometimes smell gasoline too. Please help because I am losing my mind over this car.

That you replaced the sensor and it still reads 0V suggests to me a wiring problem. If the P0107 code appeared *after* the engine swap that raises the possibility of wiring damage during the swap.
