this is my first post here.
I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge about if mounting 4 auxiliary lights in front of the grill, (like in the picture) would restrict to much airflow and cause higher running temperatures on my 2003 Mini cooper? Mine is just a base model and not an S, so of course it doesn’t have a hood scoop like in the picture

 

You still have the large grill at the bottom, I have the 4 wipac spots on mine and not noticed any issue.
however I am in modest weathered UK lol

 

I made a DIY bar that goes in front of the lower grill and have had absolutely no problems.

 

Ran these 4 lights on a custom light bar for 12+ years, no cooling issues.
