those lights that are mounted on the grill

I had them installed at the dealer but they only go on with the high beams??? is that right???

Yes ,they have to go off when you dip the main beam

The lights installed on the grill are really auxilliary high beam lights and would be blinding to on coming drivers or anyone in front of you in your lane and must be turned off with the high beams.

The factory fog lights are located below the parking/turn signals in the front facia.
