mini r50 2002 ep mode !!!!

Help !!! 😂😂😂
I am hoping someone has good advice am at the end of my rope...
2002 R50 cvt
Car was running perfect
Went before 10 days in a mini dealership for small service

The next morning car was in EP mode , got back to the garage with a car lifter and error P1741 clutch solenoid open appeared.
Same garage can not check car at this time of year due lot of work with other car service.
But they say , that they didnt mess with my gearbox......

I took it again with a lifter to someone who works on cvt transmissions, he changed the oil and clutch solenoid and said the transmission looked good inside.
Cleared the codes and started it in XP mode... as soon as he shifts into R N or D it goes back into EP mode...

Scanned again and every time we try to change gear it immediately goes into ep mode.........and P1741 comes back.
Replaced the TCM today (located above the brake pedal) , started it and cleared the codes, stats in XP mode until I shift.... then EP mode Immediately.

When we clear the codes I have no lights in the dash and every gear is showing right.xP, xD. xR.....
Also If I start and leave it in XP it's ok as soon as I shift with engine on , it goes to EM and engine lights comes on.
PLS..........Any ideas ?????

Yes. All fuses OK. At first before change solenoid we found fuse 4 (15amps) blown and was very happy because I thought we found the problem, but after the valve changed, fuse 4 never blown again........

Check your wheel speed sensors in the front.
