Larger Intercooler for supercharger?

Is their any HP gain for running a larger intercooler on a supercharged Mini with 15% pulley, colder plugs & Alta intake/exhaust ?

HP gain? Not really...
What a better Intercooler will do is allow you to keep any HP you may lose to excessive intake heat. Which is far more often a track issue than a street issue.

It will also increase the volume of air between the SC and intake ports which means it takes longer to build boost when the BPV closes. So, there’s a trade off.

You're better spending your money elsewhere. Most aftermarket intercoolers don't cool much better, if at all.
