Anyone has the above combination? There is just over an inch of space between the stock intercooler and the Madness intake. And from what I can see, the Alta intercooler is much bigger than stock.

I don't think there should be any problem with these two.
Try calling or emailing Webbmotorsports as Randy sells both.
The larger intercooler still has to mount in the same place so no conflict with the (edited) intake box.

...so no conflict with the Alta- you're talking with silicone hose?
There's no silicone hose with the Madness intake.
