P0131 Code won't go away

So for the past couple weeks my 2003 MCS idled weird and started popping a p0131 code. Just recently was able to swap out the O2 sensor with a OE NTK sensor. I have driven it for approximately 100 miles sense and it still remains. It's not too big of a deal since I have no light but my obd gauge keeps letting me know it's still there. Do I need to get it cleared or is it misdiagnosed? Thanks!
