My 2002 Mini S 6 speed received a death blow the other day from a driver who ran a stop sign. A half-second difference in time and I may not be here.
The car is totaled... bad damage to the hatchback...
I know this car from font to back... I have always done my own repairs and maintenance. Mechanically great.
I talked to someone who has a 2011 cabrio automatic with a bad engine.
Does anyone know if the the motor mounts are the same? I would love to put my drivetrain in this car. I realize I will have to change all the electronics and computers...Is it something realistic to consider?
