I think, though it may be a great deal, the expense listed as "OVER $40,000 was invested into this car in order to make one of the most exhilarating cars you will ever drive regardless of price" is a bit of an exageration.
If you total the parts listed, they come to about $9700, not including the roll-cage. So, unless they include the cost of the car, and the rollcage is a few K, there is not going to be 40K invested.

That is a crazy price for that car. I don't see $40,000 worth of stuff on that car. Also, if it will embarass cars costing 5x's as much, that would mean it would be beating cars costing $200,000+ That puts it into some real mean territory.
