Mini r50 2002year oil filter cap cover compatible

Hello, everyone. I have a question. I'm leaving a message. My car has a 2002 r50 Checked because of a false pressure warning lamp. It's equipped with a spherical oil filter cap. But there was no spring or cage. So I want to know if the old oil filter housing and the new oil filter cap are compatible.The new filter cap number is 11427563763. I really want to know if it is compatible to prevent overlapping investments.

NO they housings are different that is why the early one has the plastic and the spring. The newer one is built into the housing and the cap has nothing in it.

The only proper fix now is to replace the entire oil filter housing with the newer version.
