Does anybody have an idea what I’m putting out on my 05 Mini S? I have added the following;
1. 16% SC pulley
2. 2% under drive crank pulley
3.Maddness CAI
4. Miltek full header and exhaust with no resonator
5.380cc injectors
6. SC serviced 10k miles ago.
7. Airtek 60mm intercooler
Car runs great but when I start it up it spits out black carbon all over the drive and do not have a tune. I’m now thinking of adding a head and cam to it but curious what it’s putting out now.

Agree with BlwnAway.
I added JUST...the MillTech cat-back system to my JCW, and it went from having a good bit of soot in the exh. tips (JCW exhaust) to "clean" tips..! I've put almost 1000 miles on the Milltech system, and the interior of the tips are still mostly shiney stainless..! That means...the system could use some additional fuel. I could clean the JCW tips, head out for a days short trips, maybe 15 miles on the freeway...BLACK tips. I need to have my car put up on a dyno, and worked a little myself...so I can install the MILLtech header.. I also matched the header flange to the JCW exhaust port, so there is no overhang of the header to the cylinder head.
Not sure what your "spitting" of soot that you have, but I'm sure you need some dyno and remapping time.
This is an age OLD...hot rodders sickness. Add a bunch of go fast goodies, and don't spend the effort / time to retune the fuel system to match the new hot rod parts.

software tune
with the List of your changes, you must flash your ECU-Software up to min 210hp JCW.
05 Plate seems to be a Facelift. So you should have the MS5150 ECU.
In this case you have the oppertunity to flash up to GP-Software. Means 218hp.
Running actual Software your engine is running to rich with the 380ccm Injectors.
Also can come the MKL-Light earlier, because the stock Software don´t know the higher psi from Supercharger.
Without Softwareupdate you won´t achieve more hp.
