Part number help?

There is a trim piece above the top of the A pillar, it's about 3" long and essentially extends the gutter around the roof. This piece is missing from the driver's (left) side on my daughter's car ('05 Cooper S). Anyone have any idea how I can find the part #? My usually good google skills are failing me.

A lot will direct you to realoem.com. I like to use mini of seattle parts section.

Thanks - I guess the part I'm looking for is hard to find. The Seattle Mini site has all sorts of trim pieces, but in the picture that shows that one, there is no listed part for it. Oh well.

I think I remember now that someone previously had the same problem. Allmag finally helped them with the number.

In here I think
https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ter-piece.html
Maybe you have to get the whole trim piece

Correct, Mini has replaced the original 2 piece part with one that is all integrated and only able to be purchased as the complete trim rail. We have used OEM replacements for just the front section, let me know if you are still looking.
