Help!

Hello ... I have a problem with my R53 .. when it is a few hours without turning it takes a long time to turn on. If I turn it off and then I turn it on very well. What could be causing this problem? Thanks in advance

.... When you start your car do you leave the key in the on position until the fuel pump sound stops?
