Headlight choise Help Help Help!!!!!!

Hi everyone,i got a not so base Cooper R50 2002,car is in great shape with lots of suspension parts etc.Its time to do some bling, headlights are starting to craze so i am in the market for new headlights and matching taillights if possible,it's a all pepper white car with black mouldings, black and chrome rims so the black projector lights i've seen on ebay look like they would spruce this baby up along with tail lamps to match,i am totally out of the loop here and seeking your advise,my first question would be are these headlights adjustable up and down via the roller switch as the OEM ones are?Feel free to shoot your ideas. What about fogs as well to replace the two lights on the bumper they are just dim lights what i would call park lights, also give ideas on bulbs right now they are base halogen. Thanks
