Mods getting addictive

I'm working through my list of repairs/improvements/mods for the 2002 MCS:

Front control arms rebuilt - Done
Front hubs replaced - Done
Front struts replaced - Done
Strut tower plates installed - Done
Cold air intake installed - Done
Cat-back exhaust installed - Done
Upper engine stabiliser replaced - Done
Lower engine stabiliser replaced - Done
Hatch struts replaced - Done
Stereo replaced - Done
Interior bulbs replaced with LED - Done
Transmission fluid replaced with Redline - Done

Rear struts replaced - Ordered
Rear hubs replaced - Ordered
Rear sway bar replaced - Ordered
Cravenspeed 15% pulley - Ordered
Supercharger service kit w/boots - Ordered
Water pump replaced - Ordered
Thermostat replaced - Ordered
Cooling hoses replaced w/silicone - Ordered
Fluid/gel harmonic damper - Ordered

I suspect the clutch will start to slip this year at some point, but I'll wait for it to happen. There is a tiny leak at the rear main seal which I'll address at the same time.

I plan on repairing the scuffed wheels and painting them, along with a caliper rebuild and paint. I need to re-cover the steering wheel, likely with ultra-suede.

Keeps me busy.

I would add an ATI damper crank pulley to the list of upgrades/maintenance parts

You're going to LOVE the difference that 15% pulley makes.

If you have the stock crank pulley, make sure to get a good one, or you will get stranded!

Nice, Looks like you got all the majors covered, get the valeo DM to SM kit and do those seals and change the trans fluid at that time. Good luck.

I've actually struggled to find a good harmonic balancer. The ATI sells for nearly $800 here in NZ. I'm on the lookout for an affordable fluid-filled unit.

Looks good. Did you paint and refinish some of the rear suspension components or is what I am seeing all new?

Just the hub and shock. I just cleaned the control arm etc. The car is really mint in terms of chassis.

That looks like Whiteline RSB from your next door neighbour country.
