I mean seriously overboard wife thinks I'm losing it damn close to obsessing about these small cars.

How can I tell? Well, I have found myself looking at Ebay ads and lots of other places for a classic Mini that I can paint just like my MCS. Seeing a '67 at the local car cruise kick started this dementia, and the thought that I could easily fit both cars in my 1-1/2 car garage... now I have visions of rebuilding a tiny MINI-me with tube frame front and some 200hp motor swap, images of tiny Panasports with wide sticky rubber under flared fenders, and daydreams of looking up at MINI drivers going down the road...

So, the first step is admitting that you have a problem...

The next is seeing if anyone has a project Mini for sale... heh

 

I know what ya mean, my buddy has an old one and we switch off regularly.....I want one BAAAAAAAAAAAAAD...

Those look great. I want a Mini to go with my MINI also. BUT, my wife already thinks I'm nuts. We were in her Lexus when I saw a MCS and I gave a thumbs up and my wife said, "That girl probably thinks your a dirty old man flirting with her." (she was probably right). About a minute later we saw another one and my wife said, "Well, arn't you going to blow the horn?" I did and she got mad.

I want a classic. I have a friend that raced for John Cooper race team in a classic and it would be worth buying just to have him drive me around the back roads a couple of times.
