I gave up a totally maxed out '99 Grand Prix GT...great car...but sure doesn't compare to a MINI.

I gave up... nothing, shoot! Hey! We did however trade in the car we bought prior to the release of the MINI - the car we purchased was an in between purchase, between the totalling of the 240SX and the MINI.... this in betweener was the luxurious and fanciful, fully loaded, plush and comfy, HUGE, little car we all knew as the 2000 Dodge Intrepid... We traded it in and got $1000 OVER trade in value... which was pretty good from a BMW dealership... I'm sure they sold it for 2 times what they gave us for it. Oh yea, and our Mini was AT MSRP, not higher. which was a surprise, since we were one of the first batch of Mini owners in SOCal... We we're #18 North of LA.

So, we gave up nothing.

But we soon after, purchased a Mazda Protege 5, which is really a fun car also... and pretty darn fast too!
Next Purchase is either - X5, H2, Range Rover, or Porsche Cayanne...

Enjoy!
