When I installed the locking lug bolts on my new JCW I noticed that all the bolts were at a much lower torque value than my 2014 MCS. Near as I could tell they were somewhere around 85 ft lbs. Now the lugs on my MCS were torqued to 100 ft lbs. I did the JCW at 95 ft lbs but does anybody have an exact setting?

Also noticed the tire pressure sticker in the door had different PSI values than my MCS - curiouser & curiouser!

 

According to the owners manual the lugs should be torqued to 101 LbFt.

That's the figure I had from my MCS. I had set my torque wrench for 100 and that's where it was when I started to tighten the locks. I can't believe how "loose" these puppies were! So much for dealer prep.

 

The dealer prep for my car had tire pressure ranging from 31-34 psi. I just torqued mine tonight to 100 after installing wheel spacers.
