This is the front of my 2002 r50 motor. I’m putting back together it looks like I’m missing a bolt but in the manual it looks like the S model has an idler pulley there but nothing on the non S model. Any insight to this would be great

I don’t know the brand it’s a replacement from the auto parts store. Is it ok or no? I figured I’d better replace the stock one while I had the motor out

Looks ok to me. It’s made with the rubber laminated between the two rings, like the good old American way! Looks strong.
