Air (SRS) light on

My R53 airbag light is on. When I hook up my Creator C310+, I get a "0B Battery, positive terminal isolation 1" fault code, After I clear it, I get "04 Airbag, passenger, stage 1" code. When I clear that one, it returns to the battery code again. I have replaced the battery cable. My original cable was not blown. I tried the resistor trick with 3 different resistors. Still the same. I'm lost. Thanks in advance.

Passenger side airbags were under recall for some vehicles. Has the recall been performed on your car?

Don't For Sure

I didn't have it done but it was in the dealership for the power steering pump recall. At that time they were supposed to check for outstanding recalls. So my answer is, I don't know for sure.
