Hello. Working on a 2005 R50 CVT.

Car drives fine in standard mode, SES light was on (P0705), goes into EP mode when I switch to M/S shifting.

I just replaced the neutral safety switch on the bottom rear of the transmission based on the posts I've read. That cleared the SES but the car still goes into EP when I change the M/S shifting mode.

Anybody else have this before? Any ideas on fixing it?

Hello. I should've posted my update sooner. The shifting issues were fixed by replacing the circuit board in the shifter assembly. Somehow one of the tracks on the board lost continuity. Bridging the track didn't work so I just got a different circuit board. All is good now.
