Clip Trouble

All,

Hoping someone could help me here. I took the windshield molding off of my R53 to take the cowl off and paint it. There are 2 clips that go on the outside of the molding, that I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get them back on. I've had my windshield replaced a couple of times, and it looks like they glued a piece together to make it work. Unfortunately, they hold the outside of the molding down, and would love to have them in place.

Thanks for the links. I have the extra clips, but I cannot figure out how to install them to hold the ends of the molding down. If anyone has any pictures of how they need to be secured it would be appreciated.

I'm sure you have this issue resolved now. However I'm in the same position now as I've just had the windshield replaced. The bottom clips of the lower left windshield will not clip back on to secure the moulding. Thanks for your suggestions.
