R53 Coolant leak

I've had a coolant leak for a while now and replaced my coolant resivoir and thermostat already, but I still get a leak. I found a hole in my hose, but on a plastic part. Something that looks like it would've been a T under the positive battery terminal. Anybody know what belongs in the place of that hole?

Excuse the coolant everywhere, the original coolant tank also split in half and exploded coolant everywhere.

Maybe you are missing the 2nd bleeding screw that sits right near the T-stat?

Anyway you can get a picture from a different angle by chance? It could be #15 below HERE, better picture of the part. Do you have a lose hose near that location?
