Great looking Mini!

Just beautiful! Great color combo. The pics are awesome. One word of advise, most car companies now recommend not putting to many keys on your key ring as it can cause stress to the sensitive electronics in the ignition. Just an FYI. Thanks for sharing your car.

Stupid question depart, ment. My car is waiting at the dealer, but I have only test driven one car one time. Is that the "Auto air Conditioning" with the digital display? Is this the same set of controls as last year with auto air? I think the car I drove had the regular AC, since I do not remember a digital temp readout.

Very nice! That must be a 4-5 megapixel digital camera for those pics...I LOVE that color combo with the white 17" S-lite wheels.

How long was your wait?
Did you pay over MSRP?

 Not a stupid question at all JoeDentist. Yes, that is the auto a/c with the digital readout. I've had both manual and auto. Like 'em both. One thing I particularly enjoy is that all the parts of the auto a/c form the wings logo!

Yes, they are putting LED's in the door handles for easy opening at night, under the door so you don't fall on your nose at night, & from what I've been told some ambient lighting overhead that gives a slight glow to the interior.

Your new MINI looks fantastic.
Now go do your homework and finish doing the breakin so you can really have some fun.

Are you planning to do any additions yet?

I haven't been keeping up with the year to year changes so apologies in advance for a potential stupid question:

Are those the Aerokit side skirts or is this a new 2005 cosmetic change?

Either way, me like!

Yes, indeed .. HID foglight will go in sometime this weekend or early next week. I have a extra HID kit that taken out from my old car.

I waited exactly 454 days. yeah, I know that's crazy long .. Originally the car suppose to have production date of June '04 .. but I told my dealer to hold it til July production date, so I can get the 2005 changes

sleepy_nokkie,
Congratulations, your new MINI will be well worth the wait. As minihune said: "go do your homework and finish doing the break-in so you can really have some fun".

Wow, those are some great-looking shots of a great-looking car. You could do an ad with those shots.

Judging from what's on your nav display, you must be a fellow Pacific Northwesterner. Did you get your car from Northwest MINI? I talked to them about getting an S but the wait was 16-18 months and they weren't even taking orders. So I ordered a PW/B MCS from a dealer near Chicago, and should be picking it up in mid-October.
