Searched the forum but couldn't find anything.. I have coolant leaking at the four way fitting below the power steering reservoir. I have searched the auto parts store and cannot seem to find one.

Does anyone have a fix for this or a bypass mod to get rid of this set up?

See attached image. I tried to get a good pic.. I replaced the OEM clamps with these thinking it was coming from the hose but later noticed they were coming from the actual fitting itself. 3 holes seem to have punctured on one side.
