If you are referring to the Megan EZ streets, its a brutal ride if you still have runflats. However, if you have summer tires its actually not too bad. Vmaxx and ST coilovers from what I understand are more forgiving compared to the Megans if comfort is a concern. I put 30k miles on my EZ Streets and they held up, but I eventually got tired of them since our roads in San Jose are pretty bad

Just my .02 Hope it helps!

Yea EZ streets are the ones I'm talking about and no I don't have the horrible run flats I'm running a Bridgestone potenza. The roads here in KY aren't the best but I think ill be ok.

Personally, I prefer ST coil overs (manufactured by KW) HERE in regards to the overall quality and feel. I've had these installed on many different makes, all from daily drivers to big HP builds.

Good God, this forum is flooded with vendor wars. It seems every thread gets over run with vendors pushing links to their sites. It's one big avertisment.

I've had coilovrrs on many vehicles but my mini came with h&r lowering springs and adjustable shocks and I think they ride way better than coilovers. Just another angle to consider

That about sums it up. Don't get me wrong, it's very helpful. If I wanted fuzzy dice to hang from my rear view mirror I'd have three guys chiming in to tell me that they have the best ones, when what I really needed was a pair of fuzzy *****. Go figure.

I've had H&R springs on other vehicles and loved them but the last set of adjustable struts I bought i just wasn't very happy with them. I felt like I was more for nothing.

I don't know...I see one gave his personal opinion on what he personally used. The other gave a link to the info the OP asked for...
Each then gave a link to their sites to purchase, which they each paid for the right to be a vendor here, and do so. I've seen worse actions on other sites by vendors. I've seen them agree with each other when helping other individuals. They are both people with opinions/real-life accounts of their use of the products.

Just my .02

The vendors on this site provide a valuable source of information and assistance to the MINI/Mini community. They have picked up the ball from the many departed enthusiasts of yesteryear and are continuing the information about and interest in the product. I always welcome their input. Without them those visitors with just hand full of posts might acutally have to break a sweat and take some time and energy to search on their own for what the vendors/enthusiasts have generously shared with us for many years.
