Way way back in the day I found a post somewhere that described how to remove the door handles. I removed mine to be vinyled, but the vinyl is shot so I'm looking to pull them off and have them done again. Problem is a special tool is needed (that I borrowed) and I can't recall what it was. The details of the removal are lost on me as well.

Unfortunately, I can't find that post (I assume it was here, I didn't go to that many other forums).

Can anyone link me a good DIY page for removing door handles?
