On Saturday, 10/31/15, I contacted ECS about a car cover for my R50, and had a "live chat" with Brandon to find the one that I wanted. I ordered one, and it arrived today by UPS!!! Man, that's quick. Many thanks to all at ECS for your help, and great service.

I agree....ECS has always been a pleasure to do business with. There's lot of companies that come and go in the tuning world. ECS has been around for a reason.....well run business!

 

I love ECS as well. I have been using them for years. My only complaint is the 1-2 emails a day. Once a week would be fine. I just can't unsubscribe my self from them though. I like the MINI specific emails. My buddy feels the exact same way.

I have had multiple experiences with ECS Tuning. My wife and I drive BMW's - 1 pretty new and the other an older unicorn. I am a new MINI owner.

I assess a company against a number of standards which include inventory, ease of ordering, price, cost of shipping, speed of shipping and quality of personal service. My expectations are high and I have been very pleased with each experience and actually amazed on the last occasion when purchasing two new wheels for the older BMW. So, as a new MINI owner too, I am very surprised to hear of the experiences of the original poster. I hope he gives them another try.

ECS is one of my go-to places for my car needs and I intend to keep relying on them
