R50/53 MINI Owners License Plate Registry (Unofficial)
I ordered my California plates back in August. They've been ready for me to pick up, but I won't have my MINI until March. Soooo, the DMV gave me until the end of April!
My plate is: C ME MTR

is an expression of disgust in arabic, like "I spit on you".
by the way, slightly off topic, I've seen a lot of 4 letter custom plates with the letter being off center. (place for 7 characters on the plate)
If you're getting a custom plate with an even number of letters, here's what you tell the DMV dude ...
SPACE - HALF SPACE - T - F - E - H - HALF SPACE - SPACE
most of them don't know that you can actually put a HALF SPACE on the license plate, you can use that to center the 4 letter word in the 7 letter space. HTH
